* Returning is not free:

 We hope you're enjoying your experience with our products and services. We wanted to take a moment to explain our policy on returns, specifically, why we do not offer free returns.

As a small to medium-sized business, we strive to offer our customers high-quality products at the most affordable prices possible. In order to maintain these competitive prices, we have to carefully manage our costs. One of these costs is associated with product returns.

When a product is returned, there are several costs involved. These include the shipping fees for sending the item back, the inspection of the returned item, restocking it, and in some cases, refurbishing or disposing of it if it can't be resold.

If we were to offer free returns, these costs would have to be absorbed somewhere else within the business. This could potentially lead to increased prices for all our products, which is something we want to avoid. We believe that it's fairer to only charge return costs to those who choose to return an item, rather than increase prices for all our customers.

We understand that this might not be the news you were hoping for, but please know that we're always striving to strike the right balance between offering great value to our customers and sustaining our business for the long term.

Return policy:

It is our goal to deliver a quality product to you. If upon delivery the product does not meet your expectations you may unused articles within 30 days of receipt (own expense). The articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Since we are not responsible for any items that are sent to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you proof of posting.

If BONNIE & THE GANG receives your returned product undamaged (see return policy above), we will electronically deposit the full purchased amount immediately into the bank account from which the funds were originally withdrawn. BONNIE & THE GANG performs a product inspection if you have a complaint about a returned product. If BONNIE & THE GANG agrees with your complaint, your refund will be electronically deposited into your account within 10 days after BONNIE & THE GANG receives your return.
